The Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, HR compliance, and day-to-day administrative support. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and manage HRMS systems.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training & development activities and track progress.
- Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and goal setting.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and organizational development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
