Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Business Projection & Growth Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Support financial projections, revenue analysis, SWOT and PEST analysis, and break-even scenarios to inform strategic decision-making
Help optimize departmental structure and delivery areas to ensure efficient and effective operations
Assist in project management, task tracking, and planning
Collaborate with the Business Projection & Growth Manager to ensure that sales and revenue targets are set and achieved
Assist in conducting cost analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate the feasibility of proposed initiatives
Liaise with other departments to facilitate coordination and alignment of efforts
Contribute to achieving the company's growth and revenue targets

Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university
3-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop business strategies to improve performance
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to business challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Scrum methodologies
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and licensing regulations in the industry
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and online business development strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Experience in creating and delivering presentations to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
