Responsibilities:
- Execution of audit work in line with the defined tasks within the agreed timelines.
- Perform audit procedures in the audit work program on the sample selected for audit in consultation with Relevant Senior staff and Management
- Prepare and update the audit findings in database of audit exceptions found during the course of each audit.
- Review and recommend to the manager/ Higher management about the Audit findings.
- Prepare audit working along with audit evidence and cross referenced to audit findings.
- Discuss all the exceptions/observations with the Management and obtain management comments on each.
- Identify risks related to observation and make appropriate recommendations for process improvement and future course of action to mitigate the risk involved.
- Carry out inspections, investigations and other special assignments assigned by the line management.
- Carry out process reviews and design/suggest new process follows in case where the process flows are missing.
- Obtain management comments on all audit findings.
- Perform any other job assigned by the Higher Management
