Procurement officer Responsibilities:
· Strategizing to find cost-effective deals
· To discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses.
· Collaborate with Account and operation department to create effective business plan.
· Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
· Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
Skills Required:
· Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems.
· Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
· Talent in negotiations and networking.
· Active and should be smart in resolving the issues that comes up in delay in delivery.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
