Job Purpose
- The Verification Manager is responsible for performing data entry and verification work using company own customized database, make sure the entered data, updating, verifying the filed data and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information record.
- Ensure professionalism while working in office premises
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data entered
- entering data and try to finish daily assigned work before leaving.
- Identify all mistakes, communicate to the relevant senior staff, management, and keep a check so that such mistakes are not repeated
- Ability to work with a range of senior managers, peers and junior colleagues and build smooth working environment.
- Ability to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously.
- Follow the instructions given by the management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Computer literate
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Data entry and data validation skills
- Know-how of data base techniques and procedures
- Ability to work as a team as well as Independent Staff Member
- Good knowledge of office terminology, procedures and practices
- Ability to make comparisons, identify and correct errors
