  • Lead the HR processes such as staffing, performance management, compensation, positive employee relations, workforce planning and organizational development
  • Provide HR leadership to strategic initiatives of business growth and performance
  • Anticipate Human Resource needs based on business strategies and internal and external environmental and competitive factors
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and respective employment laws
