Job Description

We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives. 

Selected persons will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.The Customer Services Representatives are to aid in the execution of marketing campaigns by generating key contacts for products specific lists.

The role involves obtaining and expanding contact details for potential clients and verifying contact information of existing clients.

CSR are required to work closely with the Marketing and Sale Teams to deliver product specific research.

Skills

  • English pronunciation along with the basic requirements for good diction, Grammar and Sentence structures.
  • A confident and clear telephone manner Can do attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Typing and data entry skills in excess of 20 words a minute
  • Primary knowledge of using computers and the internet research is mandatory Spelling, accuracy and attention to detail  Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
  • Prior experience in Database research/Data Entry/Call Center experience will be highly regarded.
