a. The Lecturer should ensure that all the students ‘assignments, quizzes and examination papers are marked accurately and transparently without any discrimination.
b. The Lecturer should submit the sessional and the final results of the students within a week after terminal examination.
c. The Lecturer according to this contract is bound to take classes offered by the educational council of BU
d. The Lecturer should ensure his presence in the meeting called by Chancellor/vice Chancellor.
e. The Lecturer should help management being the member of different committees.
Requirements
1. Master’s Degree with major in Marketing Management, HRM and Financial Management. Preference will be given to Ph.D.
2. Computer Skills, knowledge of using Office Automation(MS Word, and MS PowerPoint Presentation)
3. Personal qualification: Must be hard worker and honest having strong lectureship skill & knowledge
