I have 19 years of food industry experience within the multinational and national food industry in Project Management, Quality Assurance, Audit ,Hygiene and Manufacturing in a busy and stressful environment where meeting deadlines is always the greatest priority.

I effectively manage the timelines, budgets and strategies with the mission to successfully take a product from conception to commercialization. I have worked alongside the key retailers, commercial, development, supply chain and all other business organizations.
I have organized and administered the project management of all development projects from initial concept approval right through to product launch, ensuring that due diligence and procedures are met, liaising across all the business functions from technical, supply and finance to operations, logistics and New Product development to fulfill all business opportunities.
