Being an Environmentalist i have worked with different Government and Non Government organization like Environmental Protection Agency , Catholic relief Services , Pakistan Village Development Programme and currently working with Asian Development Bank Funded Project in Balochistan with DMC Lahore.

Team building environment and competition program in order to motivate the labor.Plan for maximum plant efficiency and Proper maintenance of the machinery,solid waste management, Air quality monitoring, water quality monitoring,arranging of seminars and workshops on control of pollution, team building.I have the experience of water quality testing by using different technologies like Waghtech and Delagua water testing kit, and along with this I am also expert in analysis of different chemicals like Iron, fluoride, nitrate, phosphate, Arsenic etc by using different equipments like Viso pass,palintest etc. and also have the experience of water treatment at all water source level like Springs, Wells, Hand pumps, disinfecting water storage tanks and installation of Bio sand filter at household level. Other than this I also have the experience on Sanitary survey, reporting, Health and hygiene sessions, and formation of VDO, capacity building of the partner staff ,TMA, on health hygiene sessions, different water born diseases and their treatment.

• Promote Environmentally and socially sound and sustainable development through the identification of appropriate enhancement and mitigation measures and monitoring programs that will be required to ensure the implementation of the project without significant adverse impacts.
• Meet the provincial, national, international and Asian Development Bank standards by association and assistance in coordination meetings with the client.
• Ensure compliance with ADB SPS; and local Environment Laws.
• Public consultation and information disclosure, including amongst the local community and political leaders.
