• Manages all information related to purchases, transfer in and out etc. which is used to make a consolidated report each week.
• Prepares weekly inventory ordering to commissary / warehouse after forecasting the requirement of items for the coming week
• Provides 100% customer satisfaction in accordance with the CHAMPS and CER procedures at all time and rectifies errors when needed.
• Train staff to follow company’s standards for serving customers, handling food, cooking and preparation etc.
• Assists the Restaurant Manager in planning LSMs and comes up with creative ideas for the restaurant to increase revenue and controlling cost.
• Prepares cash reconciliation report.
• Prepares variance and wastage report and analyses wastage and variance of every product.
• Prepares the report for payroll of Shift supervisors, CROs, All Star and Star Team Members and after verification of RM submits to HR Department.
