• Total of about 7 years of experience as HR Representative with the lion’s share of exposure of pivoting around job description and evaluation, organisation structuring, training employee engagement, performance management & development, reward & recognition, policy implementation, and talent acquisition & retention. • At present shouldering the responsibility of over 120 employees. • Skilful at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, and handling employee grievances, thus creating a professional and transparent environment. • Possess the ability to motivate personnel towards achieving organisational objectives while adhering to best practices.
Support the school head in recruitment, selection and induction of employees.
Scout for talent and liaison with the local universities and keep a pool of resumes for all positions.
Enforce the compliance of the Service Rules of the Company and all related HR policies.
Serve as a focal point of contact for all HR-related policies, processes, and issues.
Responsible to budget for HR and ensure the FTE remains within the approved budget.
Handle and address grievances and ensure that employees are treated equitably and consistently as per Company policies and practices.
Ensure compliance and monitoring of HR operations on the campus.
Oversee promotion and increments and ensure completion of annual performance appraisal data on time in ERP.
To manage all administrative aspects of the employees. i.e., ERP entries, leaves, exit interviews, salaries, attendance, final settlement and personal files etc.
Assist in capacity building and ensure compliance with the KPIs.
Organize the employee engagement activities in alignment with HR Drive.
Responsible for smooth execution of corporate onboarding program/process, select buddies within the school, consolidate new hires feedback, and share it with region HR.
Liaison with regional training head team for effective implementation of training plan of teaching and SLT for the respective school.
Managing & performing HR-related tasks including responsibilities: Employee relation, training, employment, recruitment, compliance, leaves administration, benefits administration and events/recognition.
Communicate and administer various human resource policies and procedures laws and standards and government regulations.
Perform all recruitment and selection activities ensuring adherence to established timelines, manpower plans and budget. These activities include job posting, designing interview panels, scheduling coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating with candidates and managers.
Maintenance of personal files and other HR records.
Ensure timely coverage of health and life insurance along with addition and deletion in coverage.
