Establish and define workflow and processes for HR Operations based on HR policies.
* Compensation and benefits management of more than 500 employees which consist of payroll management and its financial recording, employee taxation, EOBI/pension, provident fund management and its audit, employee travel expense validation process, transformation of pay and benefits plans as per policy.
* Handling distribution of pay and benefits information to the employees and ensure that benefits and pay plans are as per statuary regulations.
*Preparing statistic reports of employee costing/head count analysis as requested by the management as and when needed.
* Ensure overall compensation and benefits policies complement the organization’s attraction and retention strategies.
* Appraisals and increment administration
* HR policies administration and its compliance and provide input for formation of policies.
* Manpower budget management
* Overseeing recruitment process, leave and attendance management, separation process of employees including final settlements.
* Handling of legal matters, dealing labor regulatory affairs in coordination with legal advisor
* Manage employee relations/grievance handling in all aspects to maintain firm working environment.
* Monitoring of employee data management in HRMS and make sure its accuracy for reporting and employee self service.
* Ensure team members are committed and competent to deliver expected HR tasks.

Job Objective: Responsible to lead team and manage HR Operations, Compensation &, Benefits Administration, Business Development, handling of employee grievances, SOP development, appraisals, executive search and other areas of HR/Industrial Relations in order to deliver valuable HR Services to clients.

Areas of Job Responsibilities:
Provide effective operational tools to team members which can enable them in smoothly delivering quality HR services to the clients and thus achieving operational excellence at all times.
Facilitate the Payroll preparation process by providing technical and operational support to team members. Ensure that salaries are disbursed timely and accurately.
Ensure accuracy in income tax computations, EOBI/SESSI administration.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to the clients and obtain follow-up for payments.
Ongoing review and promote transparency in the business processes and systems to build customer trust and confidence.
Explore Business Development opportunities related to 3rd party employee outsourcing and work on business proposals accordingly.
Keep maintain talent pool of candidates and provide resource via recruitment process.
Suggest improvement by reviewing the existing system and procedures to bring innovation in the business operations process and that processes are effective to meet business requirements.
Ensure all requirements of the clients / employees are met through constant and positive communication and follow up. Customized services would be delivered to exceed customer satisfaction.
Handling of payroll verification and disbursement process, employee grievance, disciplinary process, employee relations, employee separation, insurance related matters, etc.
