In the UNICEF polio eradication initiative (PEI) program, worked as a District Health and Communication Support Officer (DHCSO), the focal point for the PEI program and SBC activities in district Chiniot. Conducted social mobilization behavior change communication activities related to polio eradication and EPI in the community.
Close coordination with the health department, district administration, line departments, and communities. We are mapping and engaging the community stakeholders, priority communities, HCPs, FLWs, community and religious leaders, education, and religious institutions.
Facilitated the Crisis Communication Committee and the District Task Force in creating and carrying out the SBCC plan to eradicate polio. Collate and summarize data, evidence, and trends for SBCC issues to inform evidence-based SBC strategy plans and implement SBC activities.

Worked as a Food Fortification Officer (FFO) in the oil and ghee mills fortification component; my primary duties included organizing and carrying out program activities in the Lahore Kasur districts.
Coordinated with oil and ghee mills for fortification and other stakeholders, such as the Punjab Food Authority, the health department, PVMA, and nutrition development partners.
Conducted training and capacity-building activities for oil/ghee mill staff, Punjab Food Authority officials, and laboratory staff, ensuring they were experts in executing their responsibilities.
Ensured the production and supply of adequately fortified oil/ghee in the market, made regular visits to oil/ghee mills and markets, collected samples of fortified oil/ghee from mills regularly, and transported these samples to Quality Control Laboratories (QCL) to make sure the QAC tested the fortified samples correctly. Fixed the gaps and obstacles in food fortification operations in the field and took the appropriate corrective action. district-level pertinent forums.

Mott MacDonald implemented a pilot project on larger-scale Chakki mills fortifications in the Faisalabad and Hafizabad districts with the Nutrition International and Nation Food Fortification Alliance (NFA) partnership under the Food Fortification Programme (FFP) funded by DFID (UK-Aid).

 Worked as a project focal point; my responsibilities included carrying out the project\'s operation and providing technical expertise for developing project strategies and budgeting for Chakki Mills fortification.
Developed work plans and project budgets. Monitored the project achievements and deliverables and actively managed project implementation.
Provided technical input, supply chain and financial feasibility, and business models for flour fortification at Chakkies. I also supported the program in implementing research studies, project components pertinent to fortification at Chakkies, and advocacy and communications in the Punjab province.
Close coordination with key government partners NFA/PFA at the national, provincial, and district levels, media, DHAs, food authorities, and Chakki owners to ensure smooth implementation of the activities.
Designed and launched impactful advocacy campaigns to promote the benefits of fortified flour and demand generation and drafted informative IEC materials to bolster awareness and engagement.

During my time at Nutrition International, my duties as a Food Fortification Officer in the flour mill fortification component, where I oversaw the formulation and implementation of program activities in the districts of Chiniot and Faisalabad.
Close coordination with stakeholders, including district administration, food and health departments, PFMA, and nutrition development partners, promoted sustainable and sufficient wheat flour fortification.
Conducted capacity-building training for district focal points, food inspectors, laboratory personnel, and FMs staff, also provided technical assistance to flour mills in premix calibration and micro feeder installation.
Collected fortified wheat flour samples from the flour mills and transported these samples to Quality Control Laboratories (QCL) to ensure the QAC tested the fortified samples correctly.

I have Supported teams for liaison building with CSOs, women\'s groups, and other community groups to develop strategies and advocate for women\'s involvement in the electoral process and RTI services.
Supported the local communities in increasing awareness regarding programs and engaged community leaders in working with CSOs and advocating for women\'s rights and RTI policies and laws.

In the Help/German funded Disaster Resilient Linked Community (DRLC) project, worked as a master trainer in District Chiniot. Provided technical support to teams in mapping flood-prone areas and built linkage with DMGs, SDMGS, Rescue 1122, government departments, and the district administration
Drafted IEC training material on DRR in Urdu to train the disaster management groups (DMGs).
Supported the field teams in forming 70 DMGs in flood-prone areas and conducted their training on DRR. We have delivered training to 560 community members and cash disbursement to the training participants. Additionally, at the end of the training session, we provided a toolkit to each DMG.
Supervised the rollout training of 11,200 people through trained DMGs\' members and oversaw the cash disbursement process.
Established 25 SDMGs in government high schools located in high-risk flood zones and conducted the training of 25 SDMGs with the support of Rescue 1122 Chiniot, reaching over 3000 kids and educational staff on DRR. Additionally, we provided a toolkit to each SDMG to help them with their task.
At the end of the project, we handed over an extensive toolkit to Rescue 1122 Chiniot for smooth operations.

Worked as a District Coordinator and focal point for the Citizen Voice Project (CVP) on electoral reform in in Aaghaz Foundation at district Jhang.
Conducted interviews with the district election commission, delimitation commission, and district representatives of the leading five political parties on electoral reform.
Established youth volunteers’ forums and district electoral reform groups and trained them for awareness raising campaign on electoral reform.
Provided supportive supervision to the field team involved in data collection activities regarding electoral reforms.
Conducted meetings, seminars, and public forums on electoral reforms, in which civil society, youth, lawyers, journalists, women groups, NOGs, and CSOs participated and got suggestions on electoral reforms.
At the end of the project, we conducted a large convention in the district in which participants signed a charter of demands on electoral reforms and presented it to the donor and election commission. 

In Chip Training & Consulting, I worked as a UCCSO in the union councils of Tehsil Tandlianwala district Faisalabad for the Polio Eradication Initiative (PEI) program. Supervised the social mobilization teams and their community mobilization activities.

Mapping the community stakeholders, priority communities, HCPs, FLWs, community and religious leaders, education, and religious institutions. I also collected data regarding priority communities, HRMP, polio, and EPI.
Conducted advocacy activities, such as meetings, seminars, and focus group discussions, to raise awareness among the community regarding polio eradication and the benefits of the EPI vaccination.
Established and strengthened a communication network involving NGOs, Pashtoon forums, community-based organizations, existing social networks, and educational institutions, mainly focusing on underserved and minority communities.
As a team lead, monitored and facilitated communication for development training and capacity building for DHMT, UCMOs, AICs, FLWs, and vaccinators regarding polio and EPI vaccination. I monitored polio campaigns and supported EPI activities.
At the end of the project, these Union Councils had a negative poliovirus status, with zero instances of polio vaccination refusal and the highest EPI coverage.

I am responsible for the following activities while working with CIG as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer.
Designed the data collection formats/tools and checklists. 
Conducted field and management staff training on data collection tools and research techniques and on making daily and weekly reports, including final project reports. 
Carried out assessments of program activities such as IPC training and ensured that activities were implemented per the operational guidelines.
Developed and implemented the Project Monitoring Plan (PMP) to oversee and track progress for all program activities.
Carried out field monitoring visits of the program area with the M&E Plan to ensure that the data collection tools were properly used in the field and data entry was done on required formats/systems following deadlines.
Assisted the Programme Manager in organizing meetings, training, workshops, etc.
Ensure proper record keeping (soft and hard copies) of all documentation, including grant agreements, work plans, reports, minutes of meetings, reports, and other relevant documents.
