Calibration, Installation and Commissioning of all types of field instruments.

Assignment of daily tasks to I&C team.

Development of plant trip mitigation strategies.

Support to GE performance team in implementation of plant performance improvement initiatives.

Hands-on experience on Siemens WinCC, Siemens S7, Siemens PCS 7 and GE MarkVI Control System.

Working with clients from Pakistan Armed Forces and Industrial Sector in order to develop customized process monitoring and control solutions in accordance with engineering standards. Managing all aspects of project from project concept, design, initialization scheduling, team management, cost control, implementation and hand over.
Projects:
• Fire system for engine test bed. Including designing of HMI for control parameters, Real time Data acquisition using various sensors and progressive xml based data logging.
• Microcontroller and SD card based universal Multi point calibration system
• ARM based (A20 olimex) Embedded Linux System with 10” MFDs for Glass Cockpit of Super Mushak.
• iNav-14, an independent embedded 3D navigation system as a HMI for pilot assistance during day/night time flying.
• First-person Shooting Simulator for commercial usage, installed in Dolmen Mall (Karachi).
• Motion’s gesture controlled based martial arts game, installed in Dolmen Mall (Karachi).
• Currently working on Automated Firing Range to provide dynamic targets for better training of the Special Forces.
