Main responsibilities include the following:
Pre-audit assignments of :
- Wages salaries of temporary and daily paid workers.
- Sales tax input, output and finalizing the sales tax return.
- Purchase system.
- Monthly billing of hired vehicles.
- Payment of full final settlement of employees.
Post audit assignments of:
- Petty cash vouchers, bank payment vouchers, journal vouchers of the whole group.
- Monthly salary of all employees and salary reconciliation statement.
- Monthly stock taking cash count.
- EOBI, Social Security contribution and WPPF.
- Report of audit observations to Controller Audit (FCA) on monthly basis.
