• Proper place the spare parts & display the bin card
• Coordination with technical staff for parts issuance and other follow up for complain status
• Dealing with direct customers
• To keep & maintain all records related to store in proper way
• Identify the Area where the procedures are required
• To assist department head in maintaining & implementing quality system and departmental procedure
• To follow the procedures applied on him as a part of quality system
• Implement the corrective actions initiated by the management.
• Working is being carried out according to written procedures.
• Report to branch manager as well as to Central Ware House for all working on daily bases
• Has a work experience of customer handling (Through phone calls and direct dealing)
General Responsibilities:
• Before receiving the spare parts makes sure the spare parts are in working order.
• To ensure that there is no mismatch is between computer reports, bin cards and physical storage.
• To keep the store clean.
• To make and send demand at the appropriate time (in advance) to Central Desk Customer Service Store after approval of the Branch Manager or his representative.
• To ensure that all reports related to store send to the Central Desk Customer Service Store in time and error free.
• To purchase those items other than spare parts like consumable items.
• To perform any jobs or task as assigned by the top management.
