 To teach at undergraduate and graduate level
 Teaching the following courses:
 Economics, I to B, MBF, Financial Accounting, Auditing, Cost Accounting, Management, OB, Company Law, TQM,
 To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.
 To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
 To provide career counseling, care and support to students

 Develop, Maintain and Organize policies and procedures
 Coordinate, Monitor and Supervise progress of team
 Report on all issues to senior management
 Prepare paper work and keep all records
 Organize and establish meetings with staff and parents
 Oversee assigned daily activities
 Conduct qualitative feedback
 Conduct Mid and Final Term Exams
 Prepare schedule and timetable
 Perform all statistical, clerical and administrative tasks
 Provide administrative support in developing and implementation of extra curricular activities

 Leading on all issues relating to the strategy, planning, management and delivery of courses and qualification and establishing and maintaining clear lines of responsibilities.
 Develop high motivation and aspiration for all staff members and students
 Oversee operations through an excellent team
 Implementing and developing the strategic and operational plans
 Train, support and empower staff
 coordinating the development of quality control around teaching, learning and development, supporting academic managers
 Maintain college discipline
 staffing
 Establish the annual schedule for instructional programs
