Now days i am working as Project Manager Faisalabad region with AGAHE-PFRD on Drug Dependence Treatment, Prevention and Awareness Program funded by United Nation Office for Drug and Crime (UNODC).
Supervision/Implementation:
oProvide leadership and manage all rehabilitation centers and teams in Faisalabad region to ensure program quality, effectiveness and achievement of program results.
o Manage and supervise staff in accordance with PFRD and donor agency United Nation Office for Drug and Crime (UNODC) Policies and Procedures including staff performance management, orientations, capacity building, staff induction and conflict resolution.
o Maintain an updated database of all trainings and community mobilization activities at district level.
o Provide necessary organizational support to conduct trainings/ workshops / seminars and smooth functioning of Rehabilitation Centers.
o Assist in conducting required surveys or assessments as part of the project plan.

I am working as district Coordinator with Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) on Strengthening Electoral and Legislative Processes (SELP) Project funded by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with Implementing partner Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) in Pakistan from 02nd April 2019 to November 2019
o Act as focal person for project related activities and correspondence, Ensure timely delivery/completion of all project activities, submission of all relevant reports, listing and facilitation of unregistered women in the targeted communities.

G.X.P was a cultural exchange program between UK and Pakistan with the efforts of British Council and, V.S.O .This program was and implemented by Pattan development organization -Islamabad. The international team comprising of nine Pakistani and UK team members were placed in CORNWALL (UK) and MUZAFARGARH (Pakistan).
During my stay in UK I found an opportunity to work with “the equality & diversity services” ST Austell UK. Then the same team was placed in a remote area of Distt Muzafargarh (Pakistan).
Main responsibilities and role in GXP.
o Conducted social surveys with diverse groups and communities / ethnic groups and minority families settled in UK .The “Tell Us Survey” was supposed to get the information about the gipsy families and to develop a data base for better planning for the government.
o Organize and conduct interactive trainings in Schools of UK. The training was delivered to the primary school kids by preparing “personal dolls”.
