Support the HSE Team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE polices, guideline and procedures.
Work with department to set and reach safety goals, including trainings.
Inspect and assess work area, equipment’s, and processes for safety.
Lead incident response policy development, training, and implementation.
Supervise site activities to ensure that the defined site HSE rules are complied.

KEY Responsibilities:
• Check the whole site with all aspect twice a day, especially the unattended one (slope protection Team Steel Bridge (SB)-02, 03, 04, 08 andMSE-17+000 to 18330) +open blast.
• Instruct both safety officers and ensure the safety compliance on all sites.
• Collect daily observation sheet and maintain all relevant records.
• In case of any issues with sub-contractors, have a meeting with them to solve the issue on spot.
• Check the arrangement for blasting, concrete pouring, CIP Pile works, earth work, work at height, etc.
• Investigate and report all incidents and accidents.
• Implement inspection schedule and maintained records i.e. (vehicles, machineries, fire extinguishers, electrical portable tools, hand tools, and PPEs etc.).
• Coordination with sub-contractors safety guys and management to solve issues on spot.
• Day by day traffic management instruction to flagman and monitoring of signboards on different areas.
• Overall responsibility of safety arrangement on site with coordination of all relevant persons.

• Carry out daily site survey to ensure that work method in operation is fully safe that health and safety requirement are being observed and welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
• Overall safety supervision of construction.
• Monitored critical activities on site & corrected the unsafe practices followed by the workers.
• Given safety induction training to all employees.
• Carry out and participate risk assessment exercise in order \\to identify evaluate HSE hazardous risk and safety improvements with all type of control measures.
• To monitor safety as expert at project sites and camp.
• To discuss with contracts manager and interact on the improvement on HSE matter and related programs concerning project and make decision accordingly.
• Conduct regular safety training session for all levels of employees and supervise daily tool box talk before commencement of each day’s work, which shall be specific to the job to be performed that day.
• Carried out “Activity Risk Assessment “for the specially category job & provided it to the supervisor along with the work permit.
• Monitored strict compliance of “Permit to Work “system at worksite & explain the importance of the same to the workers.
• To implement HSE policy and plan with particular reference to project and activities concerned.
• To conduct monthly safety meeting with workers.
• To conducted fire mock drill and trained the workers for the “Emergency Evacuation Procedure” after hearing the emergency siren & conducted head counting of the workers assembled at the assembly point area.
• To identify the training needs and co-ordinate with appropriate function for fulfilling the requirement, in co-ordination with the contracts manager.
• Conduct regular inspection of the worksite and accommodation camp and advise the employees against any dangerous practice that he may notice to be in progress.
• Participating periodic on client audit, implementing all the recommendat
