The major job responsibilities are as below:
To maintain professional relationship between buyer and the firm.
To collect the PO (purchase order) from buyer.

To monitor the sampling process according to the buyer requirement.
To collect the all of fabric, accessories & trims.

To maintain product quality.
To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.
To ensure smooth shipment process.
To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan.
Work independently, with or without supervision.
Have good eye for design.
Good skills to communicate in English with the US, Canada and other Countries Customer

Dealing with different clients, Generation of leads and after that to mature the different sales. Maintaining the records for follow ups on different Software like Sales Trello/ERP/MS office. Coordination with Seniors. Team Leading and hiring of sales staff. Worked with Operation Department for different tasks. Coordination with Account Department for handling the different accounts. Book Keeping Generation of different Invoices etc. Communication with clients for follow ups and Clearance etc. on phone, emails, sending them quotations etc. Convincing and achieving the Satisfaction level of Clients through bargaining.
