I MR.NADEEM DID MY MASTER IN ECONOMICS ALSO HAVING B.ED ,M.ED DEGREE, WORKING AS A Principal/Section Head IN A WELL REPUTED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN NOWSHERA NAMED, NOOR EDUCATION SYSTEM SCHOOL AND COLLEGE KHESHKI NOWSHERA. I ALSO GOT M PHIL DEGREE IN EDUCATION, AND WORKING AS A LECTURER IN EDUCATION DEPARTMENT NORTHERN UNIVERSITY NOWSHERA. WHERE I AM TEACHING DIFFERENT SUBJECTS TO B.ED AND M.ED STUDENTS. I AM VERY ENTHUSIASTIC TO ENHANCE MY APPROACH TO JOIN DIFFERENT CHALLENGABLE ENVIRONMENT IN VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS.

My duties as a coordinator;
Assisting with identifying and recruiting potential Mentor Teachers.Coordinating in-school placement arrangements.Coordinating the arrival of Student Teachers and orientating them to the school environment, staff and studentsFacilitating the inter-classroom observations.Facilitating Mentor Teacher cohort meetings.Providing leadership in the ongoing development of the Collaborative Schools Model principles.Organize students into teams.Provide many materials (spontaneous books, videos, handbooks).
