Did Ms in human resource management from riphah international university islamabad.My domain of research is change management,talent management,talent recruitment,talent learning and development,talent relocation and retention,and talent performance management.

Though i have just couple of years of practical experience as trainer but im very keen to learn different roles and responsibilities being an HR researcher.training needs,training design and training evaluation is where im working now ..

I'm interested to seek an opportunity to get an exposure in human resource management sector , to explore skill, for professional growth and to reach organizational goal.

I work well under demanding conditions and have good eye for details. I am skilled in setting priorities for tasks, resourceful, self-confident, problem solver, thorough researcher and focused in coordinating tasks and projects.

Creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness
Organize and delivers training to newly hired employees regarding products and projects.
