Processing employees Travel & Vehicle Maintenance claims as per company policy.
Processing Full & Final Settlements of separated employees.
Checking 3P labor attendance. Coordinating with services provider and ensuring timely payments.
Coordinating with the 13 Branches & Warehouses and ensuring smooth HR process.
Recording HR Department expenses for budget reconciliation.

Sourcing candidates through online platforms i.e. LinkedIn as well as shortlisting resumes from the data bank. Maintaining the HR
Resume Folder; Sorting of all CVs that are received.
Pre-screening sourced candidates through telephonic interviews. Scheduling the interview of shortlisted candidates.
Conducting interviews of the blue-collar candidate. Maintaining the evaluation record of all candidates for future hiring.
Preparation and approval of salary packages. Negotiating salary with the selected candidates.
Issuing offer letters and appointment letters. Conducting reference verification of newly joined employees.
Providing orientation to the new employees.
