This is Maryam Pervaiz. Recently i am working as a Senior Registration Officer in University of Management and Technology. I am part of Admission Secretariat where i am performing following duties:
• To check the admission eligibility criteria of prospect candidate of undergraduates and Graduates Programs
• To support admission office team during admission campaign regarding admission policies
• Online verification of academic credential of prospect candidate
• Issuance of Fee Voucher Slip
• To help the officers in preparation of participants files by highlighting the respective SID
• To prepare the document on deficiency of academic documents of Participants by file audit.
• To recover and follow up of academic credentials from participants
• Attend the participants inquiries relevant to their deficiency in documents
• Inform the participants for their missing academic documents
• Letter Issuance in case of missing documents.
• Report the admission cases with below merit and failure in prerequisite examination.
• Re-verification of academic documents and report in participants file accordingly
• To advise the participants for attestation of their transcript/degree as and when required
• To advise the participants for equivalence certificate from IBCC as well as from HEC ( as and when required)

I had been working with Kips since last 3 years. When i came Lahore, i got promotion as Coordinator Counseling Wing Outstation. We were 3 members only who started this department. Brief description of my Job Responsibilities are as under follow:
Coordination with outstation managers and student counselors about work performance
Hiring and Training of new student counselors
Developed the new JD
Visited outstation campuses for performance evaluation
Worked in Entry Test Session directly with CE of KIPS
Developed new formats and Performa

I was working there as a part time employer of KIPS. Here is brief description of my duties that i was performing:
