Job Summary
The surveyor, along with other organization staff, will assist in the household assessment of conflict IDPs. The goal of this assessment is to better understand the vulnerabilities and needs of each household. The information gathered will be used as a tool to enable the effective and principled targeting of IDPs for assistance.
The assessment will be carried out in KPK (Peshawar, Charsadda, Mardan, Sawabi and Nowshera, Kohat, Hangu, D.I.Khan, Tank).

Job Summary
Working with population council on project of Reproductive Health and Family Planning Methods, main features of the project are as under.
Mainly find the birth spacing ratio in different families.Identified families in baseline survey were the target families. If some ineligibility like female above 49 years found then interviewed other female in that household. If no other female present in the family then we just filled the form, and mark it ineligible.

In conjunction with Field Manager and other colleagues, conduct training to IDPs community and other stakeholders on human rights and IDP Protection.
Attend meetings/seminars hosted by other NGOs and UN agencies that address protection and human rights issues in IDP camps / off camps.
Draft reports detailing protection problems, and efforts to mitigate or eliminate them by providing viable solutions.
Ensure that protection and the promotion of human rights is better incorporated in IRC.

Job Summary
Completed a comprehensive training to ensure correct usage of the Personal Data Assistant (PDA), IRC rules and regulations, as well as the objectives and importance of the assessment.
Travel daily with assessment team to pre-identified locations with high concentrations of IDPs.
Visit door to door with IDP families to conduct the IVAP household survey using a PDA.
Correctly enter all data required from each household showing no partiality.
Verify the completion of data collection at the end of each household interview.
Conduct oneself with respect in all work with IRC, treating all persons (particularly IDPs and other team members) with dignity and professionalism.
Follow IRCacircs security protocol and IVAP standard operational procedures at all times.
Take direction and complete the tasks assigned by the Assessment Team Supervisor.
Upload collected household data daily.
