I worked at Export Leftover, also known as \"elo,\" the fastest growing Pakistani eStore specializing in selling leftover stock from brands and expanding into manufacturing their own garments. In my role, I not only planned and executed the video advertisement department but also led the product photography studio.
During my time at elo, I happily took on the following responsibilities:

Scripting and Filming Engaging Content: I was responsible for developing scripts and capturing compelling footage to create video content that effectively raised brand awareness and engaged the target audience.
Model Selection and Photography Direction: I played a key role in selecting models for clothing shoots and provided direction to the photography team during web shoots. This ensured that the images accurately showcased the clothing and captured the brand\'s aesthetic.
Social Media Content Creation: I created visually appealing social media posts, including photos, videos, and motion graphics. These posts were designed to captivate the audience and promote the elo brand across various social media platforms.
Product Videography: I handled the videography of products, showcasing their features, details, and quality through engaging videos. This helped potential customers make informed purchasing decisions and increased brand credibility.


By taking on these tasks at elo, I contributed to the growth and success of the brand by creating impactful visual content that resonated with the target audience and effectively communicated elo\'s unique value proposition.

As a team lead at Sadaqat Textile, a renowned Pakistani textile group, I had the privilege of working with a large customer base and supplying top-quality merchandise to leading home textiles industry groups worldwide. The company owns numerous brands internationally and nationwide, and one of these brands is KHAAS, catering to a large customer base of female suiting in Pakistan.
In my role as a team lead, my primary focus was on producing eCommerce imagery for Amazon stores and planning web shots for KHAAS. My core responsibilities encompassed:

Planning and executing textile photoshoots for Amazon and eBay stores in the UK, USA, and Canada. This involved meticulously coordinating logistics, arranging props, and ensuring the timely completion of shoots to meet the requirements of the international marketplaces.
Selecting female models for web shoots of KHAAS and overseeing the execution of shoots within specified timelines. This included casting suitable models, coordinating styling and makeup, and directing the photography team to capture high-quality visuals that showcased the brand\'s suiting collection.
Creating engaging social media content to increase customer engagement. I worked on developing compelling visual content for social media platforms, crafting captions, and leveraging strategic approaches to enhance brand visibility and foster a strong online presence.
Planning PR activities and collaborating with the marketing team to explore and expand influencer marketing possibilities. I played a key role in identifying potential influencers, devising collaboration strategies, and assisting the marketing team in executing effective influencer campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive brand awareness.


By fulfilling these core responsibilities, I contributed to the success of KHAAS and Sadaqat Textile, ensuring a strong presence in the eCommerce marketplaces and engaging customers through captivating visuals and strategic marketing initiatives.

Started as a production assistant initially at Seeing Things give me a chance to try and learn every aspect of studio productions. I was given the opportunities to assist and learn from the top-notch, skilled photographers, D.O.Ps & filmmakers in the Gulf region. 
Seeing Things is among the best production studio with a long list of international clients, Bloomingdales, mamas&papas, Nike, Bananarepublic are some of them. 
It was an outstanding journey from a production assistant to a product photographer, learned a lot along the way. As Production Assistant I was handling tasks like:

Scouting potential photoshoot locations and venues.
Organize location permits, and securing the location.
Set up the studio for each shoot.
Organize, unpack, and set up camera and lighting equipment at external locations.
Interact with customers and assisting with positioning during the shoot.
Take instructions from the principal Photographer.
Assist with lighting and camera work.

Meeting with the brand\'s creative head to generate unique concepts for photoshoots or fulfill their concepts. 
Understanding fashions, style, and fabrics and how to shoot them.
Using different types of light and modern technologies in photography such as photo editing software.
