Assignments and Responsibilities:
Records purchasees, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
Analyzes financial data, making recommendations as appropriate to improve accuracy, efficiency, and to reduce costs.
Make all type of Vendors Sale Tax Invoices.
Maintain all account of Sales returns and Purchase returns.
Make the Purchase and Transfer Order.
As needed, assists with accounting duties for and corrections to listed financial records.
as appropriate, identifies and recommends updates to accounting systems and procedures.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry and sales invoices.
May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, as appropriate to the area of operation.
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system.
Developing and implementing financial recordkeeping systems and inventory controls.
Monthly client remittances and statements.
