I am Currently working at ISRA University Hyderabad as Assistant Network Administrator of NOC (Network Operation Center) basically ISRA University is an educational department, it is a big university having more than one thousand employs and having medium size network, I have appointed as Assistant Network Administrator in 2014 and 2015 got promotion to be work as System Administrator, so that’s way I call myself as a System + Network administrator. Our team size is 15 we are responsible for servers, routers, switches and other network devices.
Job Description
Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013.
Windows server 2003/2008/2012.
Active Directory/DNS/DHCP.
Group Policy Management.
Virtual Environment Hyper-V /VMware ESXi
Firewalls Juniper/Fort iGATE/ Cyberoam.
Troubleshoot/installation of network printers.
Symantec Backup Exec 2010/2012/2014/2015 and Veeam Backup and Replication.
Desktop support & Server Support.
Performing routine audits of systems and software.
Troubleshoot issues related to client server connectivity.
Resolving problems both directly from customer and through technical escalation.
Implementing fixes and solution where appropriate either via discussing directly with clients, via email or via remote desktop.
Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.

Perform the preparation of civil construction documents in keeping with the firm’s design philosophy and CAD

Opening / closing/ modifying accounts on computer include scrutinizing of signatures accordingly authorized by
official.
Add / delete/ modify records.
Generate and print interest and service charges reports.
Print registers / scrolls and balances these reports with sums and balance them.
Maintaining client database and keeping up with current clients contact information.
Making necessary changes along the way.
