Contribute to the conceptualization, design and realization of thematic and focused evaluations covering the WBG, jointly with other colleagues and under the supervision of Project Director; Support Project Director in planning, budgeting, implementing and monitoring of project, tracking use of financial resources in accordance with World Bank and Government of KP rules and regulations;
Promote monitoring and evaluation standards, quality assurance/control and capacity development in the project team; Provision of the technical advice at the design stage of project interventions setting up a framework with defined indicators at the design stage to facilitate the evaluation at the later stages.
Carry out data collection and analysis for thematic and focused evaluations and independently synthesize the findings of quantitative and qualitative analysis in background papers and in critical sections of the final evaluation reports; Use appropriate methods to collect data; Use appropriate methods to analyze data. This may include statistical and econometric analysis, case-based causal analysis, cost benefit and cost effectiveness analysis, portfolio analysis under the supervision of more senior colleagues or the task team leaders. Provide guidance on data collection and analysis to short term consultants where needed; Identify and formulate (emerging) evaluation findings underpinned by evaluative evidence in a clear and concise manner for discussion with management and counterparts;
Contribute to developing knowledge sharing publications such as methodological notes, guidelines and blog posts; Prepare Periodic Result Oriented Reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and other periodic reports for the government and stakeholders; 

System Development, Management, Monitoring Evaluation & Program Learning
I provide technical support to Pakistan Country Office in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) which included development of M&E plans for sharing with the donors, reviewing existing M&E plans and providing feedback for improvements, ensuring adherence to organizational standards on M&E, Regular monitoring and review meetings with the project team, capacity building of program staff, coordinating and providing technical support in designing program evaluations and surveys. Focal person for sharing projects data with HQ for annual & quarter reports & business plans.
Coordinate and facilitate program learning events in Country Office including program reviews, external, internal program evaluations & research studies. Technical review of proposals & draft TORs for hiring of consultant for Endline, baseline and research studies
Facilitate and lead on documentation and reporting of assessments, program data, lessons learnt and best practices for internal and external sharing. Contribute to case studies, successful experiences, learning and good practices evaluations and documentations, 
Liaises with relevant stakeholders including beneficiaries, program implementation partner, government departments, MFIs, parliamentarian, media and others for collection of information. Participate in field visits and report accordingly.
Lead and design Post Distribution Monitoring Surveys in the project implementation area. Drafting questioner, collecting, and analyzing data using Kobo Collect, ODK and survey123. Building staff capacities on survey tools & Kobocollect.
Supervised development and management of electronic database (MIS) for the Country Office. Capacity building of staff on managing data in MIS.
Being part of country ERT responsible for leading M&E component during emergencies. 
SAFEGUARDING & Complaint Feedback Mechanism
Lead & supervise country complaint feedback mechanism and ensure it is fully functional and all complaints are properly launched and resolved; Design and update CFM tools; Ensure all country office and field office staff is properly oriented on complaint feedback mechanism.
Receive and respond to complainants/survivors and ensuring that no further harm is done; Contributing to the work of Safeguarding Committees in embedding safeguarding in the working culture; Undertaking safeguarding investigations as required; train internal & partner staff on safeguarding.

I was responsible for supporting all M&E initiatives i.e., routine monitoring, data collection, designing and updating M&E tools (logical framework, project performance tracking, indicators, data flow chart, M&E manuals). Contributed in staff capacity building on monitoring & evaluation tools & SOPs.  I supported and participated in project/program evaluations, lesson learnt workshops shared good practices with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible to conducted debrief session with project team and develop an agreed action plan, follow up of agreed action plans, develop and update APT (Action Plan Tracker) accordingly.

Activity planning and implementation
Responsible to assesses training needs of teachers, partners and develop training schedules. Evaluated events & trainings, provided updates of lessons learned and best practices to CO & relevant stakeholders. Led & organized training workshops, special events, play days and sports tournaments with support of partners and organizers. Managed the logistical arrangements for training workshops and events. Responsible to submits financial reports related to activity implementation. 
Responsible to assess needs for facility repairs and upgrades in schools and the communities, facilitated the authorized work and ensures that overall work has been completed in accordance with the approved standards. Handled & led equipment management and distribution in the assigned schools and community.
Responsible to handles advance payments and managed cash money used for the activity implementation. Follows up on how partners are spending budget received for project implementation in the location and responsible to verify the accuracy of their financial reports and receipts.
Monitoring and reporting
Responsible to conduct regular field visits to follow up and provide support as needed by field staff. Participated in workshops/training and ensured accurate and timely submission of quantitative and qualitative data to head Office. Responsible to provides narrative, qualitative and quantitative monitoring information/data to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Representation of organization at relevant forums and had regular consultations with local partners, stakeholders, and key beneficiaries in the assigned community. Engaged with district and sector authorities school management committees, parent-teacher associations and other mechanisms designed to support quality education at the school level,
Supervision and guidance
I have supervised 15 staff members at field level. Responsible to conducts performance assessment of staff and recommended Teachers, Coach Trainers and Coaches for certification.

Responsible to develop and implement ideas for vocational programs specifically to women and adolescent girls under women protection & empowerment program. Carried awareness raising sessions and outreach activities to inform women and girls about services. Led & designed vocational skills activities, drafted manuals & curriculum of different skills. Designed systems to monitor stock, orders and materials needed for vocational skills activities. Ensured all vocational skill trainings are implemented in a safe environment as dictated by women and adolescent girls.
Participated in documenting lessons learned and best practices., developing and implementing baseline and Endline surveys to assess the impact of the vocational training program. Developed M&E & Evaluations tools, pre- and post- tests to monitor training effectiveness
Responsible of Monitoring and quality control of all vocational skills trainings (Kitchen gardening, Food preservation, food processing, livestock, SME etc). Identified market opportunities and impediments for supply chain development. Developed market females’ linkages with markets after successful completion of vocational trainings. Monitor and supervise the skilled trainers while implementing the vocational courses.

Responsible to Develop work plan, budget plan and effective monitoring tools for all activities. Led and designed capacity building trainings of relevant stakeholders (teachers, government officials and community leaders).

Led and designed trainings for building teachers’ capacities on play-based learning methodologies and support provided to teachers in development of school improvement plan.
Provided support and guidance to teachers in classroom management, quality delivery of lesson, teaching plans and its execution.
