Providing guidance and support to Head Teachers/Principals in developing andexecuting School Improvement Plans is crucial, alongside fostering strong coordinationwith SEF offices in Badin and Hyderabad to ensure effective support and progresssharing. Ensuring adherence to curriculum plans, SEF Scheme of Studies, and academiccalendars, as well as overseeing assessments and examination procedures, are keyresponsibilities. Additionally, maintaining accurate school record books, supporting theevaluation of school performance, and assisting in the evaluation of staff performancecontribute to the role. Other duties include promoting teacher regularity and attendance,facilitating continuous professional development, and implementing capacity-buildingactivities within schools. Establishing model ECE Classes and enhancing the capacity ofMother Support Groups are part of the holistic approach to child development. Liaisingwith government officials and stakeholders, organizing national day events, and engagingthe local community in school improvement initiatives are essential aspects of the role.Regular reporting to the Regional Office, preparing case studies, and exploring avenuesfor improving school learning environments are also significant tasks. Overall, the roleencompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the holistic developmentand effective operation of educational institutions within the designated area.
