As a Site Civil Engineer at Bakhtawar Enterprise, I was responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. My responsibilities included managing technical activities on the field, coordinating with skilled and unskilled workers, ensuring timely completion of tasks according to project objectives, and reporting daily progress to the Civil Engineer. I also led and guided technical interventions, prepared Bills of Quantities and Designs, collaborated with other line managers and the coordination team, and ensured proper documentation of construction activities.
