·         Arranging weekly promotions section wise also stock order accordingly.
·         Monitor stocks value and control stock to maintain according to level.
·         Focusing on assortment study to remove slow moving article from assortment.
·         Display study sales wise also calculating the gondola value weekly.
·         Manage and control manpower planning also allocates the shifts.
·         Strong co ordinations with warehouse and display team to obey the Standard.  
·         Strong emphasis on customers’ services and after sales value to build best relationship with the customers and also retain them as well.
·         Doing labelling survey on daily and weekly basis to update the prices.

·         Maximising every sales opportunity by promoting the highest standards of customer care and recognising potential development and training opportunities
·         Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
·         Controlling stock level carefully and adjust accordingly by monitoring purchase order and sales.
·         Reviewing and evaluating weekly KPI achievement and producing an end of week spread sheet.
·         Encouraging the highest possible standards of customer service from the team and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the stores.
·         Achieving the best price rate with highest standards of Products care and recognising potential development and Sales growth opportunities in Food/Non-Food Category.
·         Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
·         Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Training of the staff & prepare succession planning for potential candidates & high performers.
·         Responsible for stock inventory and slow-moving stock, make strategy for slow moving assortment.
·         Doing competitor survey on monthly basis to check and control prices.
 

·         Ensuring that the best purchasing terms are obtained from supplier in the provision of purchasing price, rebate and terms of payments.
·         Planning and negotiate promotions frequently in order to get best deals for Customers.
·         Studying and check the competitor’s price level frequently in order to capture market share.
·         Utilizing the section’s available budget and prepare the monthly report.
·         Check the gross margin and monitor the shrinkage by inventory.
·         Following and make sure that all the rebates are paid (price protection, Gondola Rents, Podium Activities and charges for other activities)
·         Ensuring sufficient supply of SKUs accurate labelling of items & correct pricing.
·         Motivating & empowering staff, redress their requirement periodically.
·         Training of the staff & prepare succession planning for potential candidates & high performers.
