Responsible for Network Monitoring and troubleshooting LAN s maintenance of the services and applications, Software Installations, Configuration of shared printers, Outlook E-Mail Configuration and taking Backups.

• Responsible for the maintenance of the services and applications, system administration, on Windows 2000/Xp/2003/windows/windows pro, such as managing user access, creating and managing access to network resources and system management. Network Monitoring and troubleshooting LAN s.

• Supporting the core desktop applications running across the network. Software updating and version control for network software, including distribution, tracking, and maintenance of software for each computer, asset tracking and management for internal development resources.

• Liaising with internal customers across regions. Diagnosing problems, implementing workarounds and fixes as required. Problem escalation following current processes and procedures. Recommending ideas for service improvement.

• Support and basic training of end users in both hardware and software. Installation, roll-out and configuration. Identifying end-user requirements and large scale office moves/changes.
