Worked on WLL sites up gradation Project to FE mode.
• Provide O&M of HUAWEI BTS sites in assign cluster.
• Drove the efforts for installation, testing and commissioning of MW (NEC), RTN link.
• Acquired in-depth experience in monitoring and managing equipment installation, troubleshooting, backend support & maintenance to ensure maximum operational availability of telecommunication equipment/systems.
• Performing Routine O&M of CBSC6600 and CBTS3606
• Alarm Trouble Shooting of routine faults at BTS.
• Co-ordination with the Vendor for Site Acquisition.
• Co-ordination with Vendor for installation of new site.
• Responsible to respond to functional and technical elements.
• Providing full technical Support to the customer on their Issues in close contact with technical Teams
