Supervising and Monitoring the Building Construction Works and assisting Resident Engineer/Project Manager closely to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Closely involve in testing and commissioning activities at site Overseeing working of engineering/supervision personnel; inspects all materials; assist RE to resolve construction process and recommend improvements to all ongoing site activities; compliance to specifications and construction schedule; and prepare all progress reports. Ensuring the work carried out by the contractor(s) are inspected and the quality of works meets the project requirements. Reviews and prepares responses to request for inspections (RFIs) and other design documents submittals. Managing the contract management staff activities and support as needed of the field inspection efforts. Reviews and prepares responses to technical submissions and detailed engineering plans, specifications and documentation Reviews and evaluates claims received from the Contractor Providing field engineering support as required and interfaces with project stakeholders on the resolution of technical and construction problems. Supervise and control all site construction, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Monitoring and evaluation of Contractor’s job quality and progress.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality and adherence to the highest standards in work practices.
Responsible for reviewing specifications and drawings, executing site QA/QC activities, and communicating any issues and discrepancies to the appropriate party.
Check co-ordination with all other services.
Co-ordinate with related stakeholders, i.e. customer, consultant, project team members, sub-contractors.
Ensures the work to be done as per approved drawings, and any modifications Are incorporated As-built drawings.
Ensures the availability of all approved design, material and manpower availability at site as per requirement.
Carry out regular site inspections.
Review and monitor contractor\'s shop drawings, materials and method statements.
Carry out daily inspections of the works and sign off relevant parts of contractor\'s RF I\'s in a timely manner.
Raise any non-conformance or poor workmanship with the Project manager in a timely manner
Reviewing and approving of contractors Bill and issue measurement certificates as appropriate.

Ensure quality execution as per the design standards, Preparation of Project progress reports.
Monitoring and evaluation of sub Contractor’s job quality and progress.
Keep daily records for electrical work in the project.
Inspect all permanent works for spec/ drawings compliance
Check co-ordination with all other services on a daily basis.
Carry out regular site inspections.
Review and monitor sub Contractor’s shop drawings, materials and method statements.
Carry out daily inspections of the works and sign off relevant parts of contractor\'s RF I\'s in a timely manner.
