Main duties:
• Meetings with different companies to give details about cabs and make contracts with them on corporate rates for cabs.
• Work scheduling and people management.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Maintain drivers and cab records and monitors them frequently.
• Monitor monthly expenses and discuss them with higher management.
• Investigate the workshop related work of cabs and their bills.
• Providing focus and direction to subordinates.
• Use of DAEWOO software to log different operations related to cabs, fuel, customer related data etc.
