Have strong Coordination, Report Writing, Motivational, and Leadership & Communication Skills. completed B.A in Economics, I have also participated in so many Trainings & Workshops and organized many Training programs with different National & International Organizations.

Responsibilities of Assitant Trainer:
v Provide Training Assistant to the human Resources Department.
v Initiate new innovative strategies in training programs.
v Develop training materials, manuals and regulations.
v Conduct and organize workshops and orientation programs for new recruits.
v Ensure positive learning environment in training procedures.
v Provide administrative support to the department of human resources and training.
v Run and communicate reports on events and training programs.
v Assist human resources department in scheduling, mailing and communicating of training programs.
v Prepare training expense reports and statements for accounts department.
v Maintain and manage events and schedules calendar of the training department.
Main Responsibilities of Social Mobilizer:
v Implement the community mobilization plan under the project;
v Establish effective contacts to identify and mobilize target communities and community groups in impact areas;
v Identify and engage volunteers and activists in the community and mobilize and educate them to effectively support the project deliverables at the community level
v Sensitize, motivate and enroll effectively both the youth, men and women to be trained on livelihood skills training under the project
v Organize community meetings to timely address social and cultural barriers in the identification, nomination and participation of target groups particularly the women in the skills training programs
v Regular visit of the impact areas to meet communities for community mobilization activities and report to the supervisor
v Weekly reporting on progress;
v Other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor as required in line with the functions/project needs
Main Responsibilities of Social Mobilizer:
v Assist senior staff in work planning and door to door surveys at all levels.
v Create awareness of project aim and objectives in the communities
v Motivate community people through orientation sessions and project briefs.
v Responsible for reporting and maintaining the record updated on daily basis.
v Good in communication and flexible, and present organization on different platforms.
v As team member, skills to motivate the community people and team members to develop project activities, planning and reporting.
v Identification and involvement of the vulnerable groups and families in the project planning and implementation.
v Facilitate the IEC material distribution among the communities.

Main Responsibilities of Field Officer:
v Assist in development of the emergency and rehabilitation education program in field level
v Carry out school assessments within field areas.
v Assist in planning of distribution of educational items.
v Carry out distribution of educational items.
v Monitoring and facilitation of schools.
v Assist in the evaluation of the Emergency Education Program.
v Aware and mobilize communities and conduct meetings with community members including children, parents, teachers etc.
v Aware and mobilize staff of schools on their roles and responsibilities.
v Written and verbal reporting on progress as well as other relevant education child protection issues within team and across sectors.
v Coordinate with other team members including the Education Adviser and with other PPRS/SAS teams.
v Assist the Programme Manager and other Education Program staff in all other issues related to the development and implementation of the activities correlated to education program.
v Follows all policies and procedures of Organization.
v Undertakes any other tasks assigned by supervisor
