Responsibilities
1 As a Team Player I am providing engineering and technical support services in automation, control systems integration, energy optimization and coordinating with contractor to make sure the timely delivery of equipment's, quality and control, their installation and commissioning as per standard in 12 Megawatt coal fired power plant under the capacity of Project Instrument Engineer.
2 My responsibility also includes Preparing and Freezing the Execution plan depending upon the Shipments arrival, Contractor mobilization, Work front availability, Decision making and conflict management as per site condition, managing the Cost and Time Line of the Project by making quick decisions.
3 I have also assisted my team in doing proper documentation of drawings, equipment lists and daily progress report of project.
4 As a team player I have also attended factory sutdown, overhauling of 132 KVA transformer tap changer and its oil changing.
5 As team player done the commissioning of 5 ton and 20 ton crane.
6 With my team done the lightning, grounding of the whole power plant

1 I have worked on programming of Mitsubishi PLC and it's interfacing with delta HMI along with its programming.
2 I also monitored every kind of electronics and instrument repair, their maintenance.
3 I developed a sequenced system to analyze progress work with improved efficiency of installation and repair work with great reduction in down time of machines.
4 I have also made contribution in basic circuit designing and logic development.

1 As a Team Player I worked on a newly installed Powder mixer machine and it's commissioning.
2 I pointed out where the flaws are or how to avoid from accidents by taking a measure of different safety steps.
3 I have also worked on a soft water recovery project and on how the percentage of recycled water can be increased, how it adds value to industry.
4 I was the part of a team doing instrument calibration. I have calibrated instruments using a software named Beamex.
5 I have also attended machine safety workshop.

1 My responsibility included on site visit of a machine, make sure it's working conditions with professional engineers as team player mainly on X-Ray.
2 I trained operators to operate HMI human machine interface and to check different test points to approach fault in machine.
3 In the case of some software issue I made backup file and it's installation.
