SOPS and company policy implementation.
Supervise daily operations to ensure the gas station runs smoothly.
Monitor fuel and inventory levels.
Monthly and weekly stock Gain/Loss monitoring.
Ensure the station is clean, well-maintained, and safe for customers and employees.
NFR Agreements and Managing.
Coordinating with retail and Engineering team for sites maintenance where needed.
Staff Supervision:*
Recruit, train, and supervise gas station staff, including Managers, cashiers, attendants, and maintenance personnel.
Schedule shifts and manage employee time records.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Customer Service:*
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Implement customer service programs and promotions.
Sales and Financial Management:*
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Manage cash handling procedures, including daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
