Defining project scope, planning of project resources and strategic plans.
Liaison with all departments and stakeholders associated with the project
To assemble and lead project team by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning schedule and coaching.
Time management by defining milestones and Work breakdown structure
Preparing and implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Monitoring and controlling the project constraints i.e scope, budget and schedule.
Reviewing the plans, resolving problems, determining system improvements and implementing change.
Risk management of project
keeping record of all risks and making contingency plans
To meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing Project budget and scheduling expenditures.
Reporting and documentation of complete project to all stakeholders.
Pre-plan all the work activities, determine the critical path, set target and arrange resources to handle the specific project.
Prepare and analysis of daily, monthly and annual production reports
Monitors and controls all Cost aspects of the Project including Forecasting Costs, obtaining Approvals, identifying trends and taking action to avoid cost overruns.
Design and implement methods and processes in production to establish standard workflow rate and improve efficiency
monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements and staffing requirements
Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
Assesses Procurement Process through the Project to ensure goods meet Specifications and are delivered on time and within Budget.
To prepare activity plan or bar chart, activity working schedule and running of project according to given schedule.
Prepare RACI chart (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed).
Support Manager Engineering (MR) regarding LAB Management system ISO/IEC 17025
liaison among different departments, e.g. suppliers, customers, finance and engineering for effective time, cost and scope management of production
