Maintain monthly Bank reconciliation report.
Reconcile parties ledgers and resolve issues regarding products rates.
Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Maintain petty cash for small purchase and expenses.
Verify all purchase supporting document with PPC and store department
Follow up daily sale and purchase orders.
Cordinate with sale, purchase and warehouse team.
Maintain monthly Goods received note report
Check daily inward and outward passes and weight slips.
Maintain monthly stock taking report.
Cordination with legal matters and resolve issues.
