I have history of 6 years and counting for working with one of the big name in BPO and software industry. I started working in e-telequote insurance (A TRG company) as a sales repesentative in 2013, due to consistent performance i was promoted as a Quality assurance exexutive in 2015. In span of one year i was promoted as supervisor in 2016 and in Sep 2017 i was promoted as QA manager, Currently i am managing a team of 25 + QA\'s directly reporting to me.
I am responaible for company sales compliance for over 200 onshore agents in US.
My whole experience in TRG express the growth i obtain due to being consistent dependable and most importantly capable and trust worthy.
