Senior Program Officer Sponsorship
•• I work on developing and processing project proposals, documents, and revisions for orphan sponsorship program.
• I prepare the orphan sponsorship projects reporting documents; monitoring feedbacks and up-loading on MH online portal.
• I also coordinate with the funding offices of the organization to ensure the projects were prepared, documented, and completed properly.
• I am responsible for implementing and monitoring the child protection and safeguarding policy and complaint mechanism in the project activities.
• I also prepare program budgets, aligned them with the program goals and objectives, and monitored compliance with financial and procurement regulations.
• I maintain database of multiple sponsorship projects being implemented through partner institutes, monitoring of these project activities and process their payments.
• I am responsible for the implementation, monitoring and donor queries of multiple MH sponsorship projects.
• Additionally, I support the sponsorship manager in related program audit procedures and feedback reports.
