After completing my Bachelors Program, I started my Career in 2016, joining Aga Khan Education Service Pakistan (AKESP) in HR department and I was responsible for performing HR tasks such as: Shortlisting, Recruiting and selecting pool of candidates, Interview Schedule, maintaining attendance records, Train new employees and maintain the information of all the employees working in AKESP.Moreover, Currently I am employed as Student Relationship Officer in APTECH Computer Education Clifton Centre where I am responsible for Manages and implements the Faculty’s student communication plan , Evaluates student engagement and satisfaction through the development and implementation of an annual survey , Coordinates, develops and promotes programs and services aimed at enhancing the student experience , Maintains on-going, broad-based consultation and collaboration with students, faculty and staff to provide direction to the Faculty’s strategic plan , Maintaining attendance record and making attendance sheet in softcopy and in blue print. Maintaining employee’s record in blue print and in soft copy as well , Arranging co-curricular activities for student’s engagement , Inbound and outbound calls to students and parents and educating parents about their child’s future prospects.

• From date 30 to 2 of every month, MIS is engage in making report and then on 3 of every month we sent that report to our all OBs for checking and then after approval of report from OBs, MIS Member sent that report to the Head Office which is ITREB.
• MIS should focus on quality work.
• At the date starts from 17 to 21, every student’s forms should be updated and at the date of 21 we just have to send that data to management and then to ITREB as well.
