PSO Cards Follow Up.
Submission and record keeping of utility bills.
Monitoring of House Keeping Matters.
Preparation of Compliance related payrolls and parallel documents.
Coordination with systems & compliance department before, during and after external audits.
Preparation of Full and Final Settlements.
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Purchase Requisition Follow up.
Received inward from store department on daily basis
Make Purchase order.
Look after daily cash / credit purchasing.
Day by day billing records & submits to accounts department.
Partys payment follows up.
Dealing with suppliers & rate negotiation.
Any other task assigned by the manager from time to time.
