DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
Maintaining of CV bank
Ensuring the smooth compliance for recruitment especially for junior faculty & non faculty by following the
prescribed steps;
Arrangement of presentation / interviews
Receiving & compilation of documents
Management’s approval
Audit proceedings of file
Initial orientation in the department
Processing of contact & appointment letters
Confirmation & extensions
Contract renewals
Exit interview
Maintaining departmental strength
Departmental budgeting
Dealing with PG Trainee Programs (issuing Appointment Letters ,OGI Letters, Paid Residency Letters)
Preparing JDS for junior faculty & non faculty with HOD
Revising Employment Performa
PMC affairs
Provide the data of all new inductions in soft & hard copy to in charge PMC affairs
Provide information regarding gone employees via email
Payroll management
Maintaining the employee turnover report
Send the information to finance & audit department for tax calculation
Preparing reconciliation statement for all month
Record keeping
Maintain soft record of all employee files.
Ensure HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain the employees
Managing the CV bank and filtered appropriate applications and respond accordingly, especially for junior
employee
Coordinate with candidate and respective officials
Ensure the smooth compliance of the recruitment process i.e. compiling the data, interviews and placement
Handle complaints and grievance procedure
Process documentation and handle all related matters to any personnel activities which leads to the
misconduct
Processing the disciplinary letters like advice, warning, explanation and receive the follow ups
Salary related matters ( time cards, new inductions & gone list)
