Job Responsibilities:
a. All Legal Registrations
b. Company Policy’s & Procedures
c. Employee Personnel Files with (Back Ground verification / Hygiene vaccination cards / application forms) and other doc required as per COC’s.
d. Piece rate workers files & their Production records as per compliance requirement needs
e. Daily Wages workers Files
b) Follow up HR policies that provide appropriate direction to employees.
c) Ensures that the HR Policy Manual supports and reflects the desired culture
d) Responsible for all kind of documents social compliance / customer Audits i.e. Wrap, FLA, TSI, OKOTax, Sedex, ISO, Redcats, Target, Kmart & Sears, JC Penney, Wal-Mart, Dickies, Kohl’s etc. etc.
e) Responsible for the development and implementation of TMS (Time Managements System) PMS (Pay Roll Management System) and Gate Office Time Management System.
f) Responsible for the maintenance and updating of personal record of Management Staff of the company.
g) Building Maintenance
h) Utilities Bill Record maintaining (KE, SuiGass, Water, Property Tax, Telephone, Cell Phones, KDA, KMC, Twon, Etc,)
i) Social Security & Educational Cess filing & maintaining
j) E.O.B.I filing & maintaining
k) Group Insurances
l) Container Inspection (With Driver Verification)
