Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Relationship Manager – SME Commercial / Team Leader – Marketing for a prominent client in the Financial Services and Banking sector. This full-time, on-site position is based in Lahore and Karachi, offering a competitive gross salary ranging from PKR 200,000 to 300,000 per month. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SME financing, relationship management, credit proposal preparation, and portfolio oversight. The role focuses on driving business growth, managing client relationships, meeting business and recovery targets, and ensuring compliance within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in lease finance, term loans, and mortgage finance, primarily targeting the SME sector.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to foster business growth.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals for review and approval by senior management, the Credit Committee, CEO, and Board of Directors.
- Manage and retain the existing customer portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and follow up on insurance renewals, KIBOR differentials, annual reviews, and other compliance-related activities.
- Conduct regular customer visits to stay informed about their business status and industry trends.
- Prepare comprehensive industry analysis reports and market insights for management to support strategic decision-making.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to disbursement, recovery, and compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, leasing, or SME financing.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit proposal development, and portfolio management.
- Proficient financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, relationship management, and people management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package including a gross salary between PKR 200,000 and 300,000. Additional benefits include a fuel allowance of 150 litres at the actual average rate, a vehicle allowance of PKR 50,524, mobile bill allowance, provident fund, gratuity, life and medical insurance, festival bonus, OPD reimbursement, and leave fare assistance.
