The role focuses on managing sales conversations through WhatsApp and Instagram, turning casual inquiries into confirmed orders. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and warmly to leads and customer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram, maintaining the brandโs voice and tone.
- Guide undecided customers toward making a purchase by addressing price objections, delivery questions, and hesitation with empathy and clarity.
- Track all conversations diligently to ensure no warm lead is lost; follow up consistently until the sale is closed or the lead is confirmed inactive.
- Upsell and recommend additional products or bundles in a natural, non-pushy manner to enhance customer satisfaction and increase order value.
- Coordinate closely with the internal team regarding order confirmations, customization requests, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Take full ownership of conversion metrics, with success measured by the number of orders closed rather than just the volume of responses sent.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in both Urdu and English, with a tone suited for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to manage 15-20 or more live chat conversations simultaneously without losing track of details.
- Prior experience in selling via Instagram or WhatsApp is essential; experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sectors such as gifting, fashion, food, or boutique sales is highly valued. Informal experience in these areas will also be considered.
- A naturally persuasive communication style that prioritizes customer needs and problem-solving over aggressive sales tactics.
- Must be based in Faisalabad or willing to relocate, as this is an on-site role and remote work is not an option.
